830 Engineering’s Facility
830 Engineering’s facility features a combination of office space, mechanical workspace, instrumentation, tooling and evidence storage needed for a complete investigation. It is located about 30 miles northwest of Columbus, Ohio.
The mechanical workbays are used to support vehicle inspection, vehicle disassembly, component removal and vehicle instrumentation. Data acquisition (DAQ) instrumentation includes Racelogic VBox, Garmin, Stalker and Omega Engineering. Simple or complex fabrication can be accomplished as needed for an investigation or test plan. Support vehicles include truck and enclosed trailer for vehicle transport.
When closed course operation is needed for research, 830 Engineering has access to proving ground facilities and tracks for use in motorcycle testing, automotive testing and data collection.
